Frequently Asked Questions

Selling

Do you buy wheat pennies?
Generally we do not buy wheat pennies unless you have thousands of them. We will NOT go through them to separate them or try to find better dates. If you give us a ring, one of our staff can provide instructions on how to separate them. However, we do buy all key date wheat cents and certified (preferably NGC and PCGS certified) wheat cents. We also buy all rolls of uncirculated wheat cents.

I have a 1943 wheat penny. How much is it worth?
Most people think they are valuable because the are made of out of a different alloy due to the war effort. However, 1943 steel cents are generally worth less than 10¢ each. The 1943 copper cents are extremely rare and highly counterfeited. If it sticks to a magnet it is not made out of copper.

Do you buy presidential dollars and Sacagawea dollars?
We ONLY buy them IF they are in mint wrapped rolls or sealed mint bags.

Buying

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we do offer quantity discounts on most items.

How do I know the product I am buying is real?
All of our bullion (gold, silver etc.) related items are checked by our advanced technology to insure authentication. Unfortunately there are quite a few counterfeits on the market, which are mainly made by counterfeiters out of ASIA and sold by shady individuals here in the United States. Most of the collectible coins we sell are certified by NGC and PCGS and guaranteed by these premiere grading services, and all of our raw coins are checked by our in house experts.
